It is a story about a certain high school student who is in extracurricular activitie.
It has many members,biginers and experienced persons, so it enabled him(he is the former)
to be helped whenever he embarrassed.
Since He had been in the circumstances, so he have been brought up in a favorable environment.He think so at least...
But there was the stern realities of the club.
It is not an exaggeration to say it was based on abilityism and temperatures fluctuate which was caused between dominant people(usually experienced person,man of power) and backward ones(usually biginers) .
For example,at a meeting,the dominants seem to have the right to speak,while the backwards tend not to have it even if it is unspoken assumption,,,(because they are regard as self‐assertives.)
A lot of other severe realities exist,the beginner is kept at a distance,association in polite fiction,and so on.

The persons of the highest school grade has already become an examinee in this spring.

Certain club member retired it.
Not only a person,they resigned in rapid succession.
He is in trouble about conflict wheather he should continue or retire.
